Questions & Answers about the Brand Portal

  • You can add all of your important brand elements into the portal. The elements include: Primary Logo, Secondary Logo, Tagline, Submarks + Favicons, Colours, Fonts, Textures + Core Images/Backgrounds (often used in your marketing materials or on social channels), Head Shot(s), and Signature elements.

  • [a] We have ample capacity & are able to house multiple clients simultaneously. If we have a concern about your file(s) size(s) uploaded, we will reach out and discuss this with you.

  • [a] We operate using the Squarespace platform which provides internal backups. We also have a secure backup occurring to our cloud Google Drive.
